[CLIENT/WORK] Directed by the nice & talented people at Racecar I got to take the lead on animating this explainer for The Norwegian Nurses Association (NSF) about their work and collaboration with the National Organisation of Nurses and Midwives (NONM) in Malawi.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Malawian nurses and medical personnel were lacking the right equipment and aid to preform their work in a safe manner. NSF was therefore working closely with NONM to make sure they have the equipment and insurance they need to preform their job in without compromising their safety and help remove any social stigma.
On this project I got to utilize both a 2D and a 3D animation workflow to achieve the depth and dynamic movement of some scenes whilst still keeping the tactile and "hand-made" style of the style frames.
